Fairfield Area Soccer Association Registration Portal

Soccer season is here! 🎉 ⚽️

Registration is now open for traveling youth soccer in the Fairfield, Iowa area!

Spring practices will start in mid to late March and go on until the end of the season. Each team’s coach will let you know when and where to practice, but it’s usually two to three times a week and starts around 5:30 pm.

Our first games are on Saturday, April 5th, and we’ll keep playing every Saturday until the end of the season, with a break on May 24th for Memorial Day weekend.

Important: Regular registration ends on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
Late registration ends on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, but there’s a $15 late fee.

How do we communicate after registration?
Once you’ve registered, you’ll get an email with instructions on how to sign into your child’s team using the Heja app. This app will be used for all communication about practices, games, weather delays, and other stuff for the U8-U14+ ages.

U8 parents, you can choose to have your child on a non-traveling team or if they want to travel and compete with other towns, we’ll have four to five weekends for them to do that (one of which will be in Fairfield). Let the U8 coaching team know if you want your child to travel or not.

Parents of U10, U12, and U14+ players, please note that your child will be registering for a traveling soccer team. They’ll be competing against other towns in the 641 League on the dates listed above. Coaches will provide more details about game times and other important information as each weekend game approaches.

New families, please note that U12 and above players will need a copy of an age verification document (like a birth certificate or passport) to register. To find the correct age group for your child, please see the chart below.

Returning families, if you registered in the fall, we’re still using the Demosphere online registration system. Please use the same login information you set up last year. This will help the system find your household and previously registered players, making the registration process easier for you. You may be asked again for a birth certificate, as the system no longer retains this information from year to year for security reasons.

If you’re having trouble registering online, please email noah+fasa@siemsenconsulting.com or message the FASA community on Facebook for help.

Oh, and one more thing: not sure what team your child is on? It depends on their birth year, not their school grade, until they reach high school. See the chart below for more info.
